Our Brunswick Street store hours are:

Our Brick-and-Mortar store and HQ are both based at 197B Brunswick Street, Fitzroy.
Zetta Florence was established in Melbourne in 1989, founded by Georgina Knightley. The name, Zetta Florence was her grandmother’s name and it was chosen to reflect the brand’s ethos; honesty, authenticity & community.
Since producing a bespoke range of archival storage at a time when the industry relied upon imports, Zetta Florence has been a leader in premium products for long term storage,
presentation and creativity.
Zetta Florence began when Georgina identified a need by conservators and curators for long term preservation products. Daring greatly and working alongside curators and conservators, we researched and scientifically developed products to protect the nation’s art heritage. In 1991, we opened the first store in Gertrude St Fitzroy in a former “rough” hotel. Daring even more greatly, in 2000 our founders extensively and purposely renovated a heritage listed Brunswick Street blue stone building. Powered by imagination and filled with creative spirit, this new home invites collaboration and congregation while sharing advice and stories.

We use high quality fabrications to make our products, which means care instructions should be followed to ensure you get longevity out of your portfolio, mylar sleeves or leather products. You can find the appropriate care instructions enclosed with the packaging, though please contact us via info@zettaflorence.com.au or call us on 03 9039 5583 if you need further advice.
Absolutely. All information collected by Zetta Florence is for the sole purpose and use by us to transact your order. We recognise and agree that the privacy of all personal information is important to individuals. All personal information collected for processing and fulfilling your order is not shared with any third parties, other than for the purpose of processing payments for the product you have ordered. We will only ask for and use relevant personal information necessary to conduct our business.
Orders & Delivery
Once your order has been placed, we will endeavour to ship your order within 1 - 2 business days. If your order is over $150, standard delivery is free of charge. Please note that a $12.95 shipping flat fee applies to orders below $150.
Yes, we do Express shipping! If you need your order dispatched on the same day via Express Post, you can select the Express Shipping option at checkout. We can dispatch your order on the same day for all Express Post orders made before 11am Monday to Friday. A $17.95 express shipping fee applies within Australia.
Yes, we do ship internationally. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location. If you have any queries about an international order, please contact us at info@zettaflorence.com.au.

You will receive an order acknowledgment email to confirm that we have received your order. Once your order has been accepted and shipped we will also send you a dispatch notification email containing carrier information, your tracking code and the estimated delivery dates.

Backordered items are items that are available for you to purchase before stock has reached our warehouse. Backordering an item guarantees you’ve secured that item before it hits the shelves. There may be a wait for the stock to arrive but we will only ever list items for backorder when we know they’re on their way and not far from arriving to us. As soon as the stock arrives, we’ll post your backordered item(s) and we’ll advise you of the estimated delivery date.
If a specific product size or variation is not listed, it is out of stock or discontinued. If you want to be waitlisted for an item, please contact our customer service team at info@zettaflorence.com.au or on (03) 9039 5584 and they will make sure you are the first to receive likely lead-time for delivery.
Click and Collect orders can be picked up during store hours.
All Click & Collect orders can be collected from our Brunswick Street store a minimum of 4 hours post-purchase. We will send you a confirmation email when your order is ready for pick up.
Refunds & Returns
We have a 30 Day Return Policy, meaning you are welcome to return or exchange anything you purchase from zettaflorence.com.au or our store, within 30 days from purchase.
For change of mind returns or exchanges, your product needs to be:
1. In perfect, brand new condition
2. Have swing tags, labels and original packaging intact
Sale items can only be returned if the item is faulty. We will not accept returns on worn, damaged or otherwise non-saleable products unless they arrived to you damaged or faulty. Postage will not be refunded for change of mind return and exchange.
Please Note: Strictly no refunds available on e-gift cards, custom or items or printing unless they are faulty. Products purchased in large quantities (bulk orders) or at reduced rates (sales items) may not be returned or exchanged.
Please send us an email prior to your return and we will detail where to send your returned product/s.
Note: Any purchase made in our store must be returned to the store for a refund and cannot be refunded via post.
Refunds for damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, the product is faulty or it wasn’t what you ordered, you can choose to have the items replaced or refunded. We will cover the cost of freight for the return and the replacement.
In this case, please contact us on info@zettaflorence.com.au before sending your order back so that we can approve the return and issue you with a reply paid label so that you won’t need to pay for your return shipping.
You can also bring the item to our Melbourne store at 197B Brunswick St Fitzroy as an alternative.
Exchanging via post
1. Place a new order for the product you have in mind. That helps ensure you get what you’re after as quickly as possible, rather than waiting for it to reach us and potentially selling out in the meantime.
2. Send back the items you are exchanging using the return form provided.
3. When we receive your returned items we will process a refund for only the item will be refunded, not initial postage.
Please keep the tracking no. provided by Aust Post, so we can track it if it goes astray.
Returning or exchanging in store
Please bring your original order confirmation and your item to the store. The goods must comply with the conditions for return or exchange described above. We will then process a refund or exchange for you. Refunds usually take 3 days to appear in your bank account.
Wholesale
Yes, we do wholesale! You can access our Wholesale platform via Faire. Alternatively, you can get in contact with us at info@zettaflorence.com.au with your wholesale enquiry and we will endeavour to get back to you within 1-2 business days.

You can view our prices in a variety of currencies. You can select a currency from our dropdown in the top menu to view our items in your chosen currency according to the most recent exchange rate. Cost of shipping will also be reflected in your chosen currency at checkout, however Zetta Florence processes all orders in AUD.
In-Store Services
Yes, we are able to provide our gift wrapping service to both in-store and online customers.
In-Store
The in-store gift wrapping service fee starts from $5.00 per item (this depends on size of the item), in addition to the purchase of your choice of our beautiful papers and ribbon.
Please call the store in advance and book a time if you need multiple items wrapped, or anticipate coming at an extra busy time (such as Christmas). We welcome walk-in wrappers, although please allow at least 10 minutes wait for your item to be wrapped (subject to the size of your item, and how busy the store is at that time).
We also offer a complimentary gift wrap in ZF paper with ZF ribbon on all items purchased from our store.
Online
You can add our gift wrapping service to your online order by selecting “Add Gift Wrapping” at checkout. Your order will be wrapped in ZF paper with ZF ribbon.
We sure do! Our gift vouchers are available for purchase both online and in-store.

Safety Instructions
Zetta Florence’s wax sealing gun is a tool that will optimize your wax sealing when working in bulk quantities.
Safety First. This is an electrical tool, and so needs to be handled carefully. It is important when using this tool to proceed with caution to prevent burns or any injuries.
Before you plug in your gun ensure that the safety stand is set so the gun tilts downwards. Ensure the area is free from any liquid. Check the surfaces are cleared and clean and you have laid down a protective barrier in the event of any spillages.
You can now safely plug in your tool, and flick the switch on the gun to on, which will be indicated through the light on the side.
Once this has occurred, the wax gun will begin to heat up to melt the wax. At no point should you touch the nozzle of the gun or the wax.
DO NOT TURN THE GUN UPSIDE DOWN, AS HOT WAX MAY SPILL.
It is best to leave it for 3-4 minutes, or until the wax easily flows from the tip. If you leave the wax too long this could cause it to spill from the edges of the barrel. The gun should never be left unattended.
Gently squeeze the trigger until the desired amount of wax is released, and safely stand the gun up before proceeding with your brass wax seal.
The gun will heat up in a few minutes. Do not leave a heating gun or a plugged-in gun. Ensure gun is turned off and unplugged at all times when not in use. Do not use near water.
You will be able to make bulk wax seals if you cool the brass head on ice between making each seal. Follow the first wax stick with a second one, so you are pushing the wax stick through the chamber.
