We do not ship online orders on weekends or Australian/Victorian public holidays. Over the festive season, this means we will not be shipping order on Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Years Day.

Once your order has been placed, we will endeavour to ship your order within 1 - 2 business days. If your order is over $150, standard delivery is free of charge. Please note that a $12.95 standard shipping flat fee applies to orders below $150.

If you need your order dispatched on the same day via Express Post, you can select the Express Shipping option at checkout.

We will dispatch your order on the same day for all Express Post orders made before 11am Monday to Friday (excludes Public Holidays). Express order made after 11am will be sent the following day. A $17.95 express shipping fee applies within Australia.

Yes, we do ship internationally! Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location. If you have any queries about an international order, please contact us at info@zettaflorence.com.au. Please note, we do not do Express shipping for international orders.

Click and Collect orders can be picked up during store hours.

All Click & Collect orders can be collected from our Brunswick Street store a minimum of 4 hours post-purchase. We will send you a confirmation email when your order is ready for pick up.
