Once your order has been placed, we will endeavour to ship your order within 1 - 2 business days.

Shipping will be calculated at checkout. A $12.95 shipping flat fee applies to orders that are below $180 and below 5kg. Standard delivery is free of charge for all orders over $180 that are below 5kg. For all orders above 5kg, standard shipping is $17.95.

If you need your order dispatched on the same day via Express Post, you can select the Express Shipping option at checkout.

We will dispatch your order on the same day for all Express Post orders made before 10am Monday to Friday (excludes Public Holidays). Express orders made after 10am will be sent the following day.

Express shipping will be calculated at checkout. A $17.95 express shipping fee applies within Australia for orders below 5kg. Orders above 5kg will incur a $19.95 Express shipping fee.

We do not do Express shipping for international orders.

Yes, we do ship internationally! Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location. If you have any queries about an international order, please contact us at info@zettaflorence.com.au. Please note, we do not do Express shipping for international orders.

Click and Collect orders can be picked up during store hours.

All Click & Collect orders can be collected from our Brunswick Street store a minimum of 4 hours post-purchase. We will send you a confirmation email when your order is ready for pick up.

We do not ship online orders on weekends or Australian/Victorian public holidays.
