1. Deliveries to Other States
If we receive your order before 10 am, we ship it on the same day via Australia Post’s eParcel service. If we receive your order after this time, rest assured that your order will be the first one we pack on the following day. If your order is over $99, delivery is free of charge. Â Please note that a $9.95 shipping flat fee applies to orders below $99.
2. Express Shipping
If you need your order dispatched on the same day via Express Post, you can select the Express Shipping option at checkout. A $17.95 Australia Post express shipping fee applies within Australia.
3. International Orders
More than ever, we want you to receive your orders well before Christmas. It is best to order early this year as Australia’s postal system is experiencing extra long delays. We offer a flat fee of $39.95 for UK, USA, NZ, MY. We are available to quote for any country, simply ask us at info@zettaflorence.com.au.
As always, please email us in the very unlikely instance that your order is incorrect or arrives damaged. We will resolve the issue immediately.
Please allow for a wait time of two weeks for interstate orders, and six weeks for international orders. We are working around the clock to get your orders to you as soon as possible.
