Shipping
We ship all product orders via our trusted courier partners to courier-deliverable addresses only. This means we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. During weekdays, most orders received before 1:00pm EST will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Orders received after 1:00pm EST will be shipped within 4-7 business days. For standard imprinting orders, your product will be shipped within 10 business days of the final artwork being approved. For sonic imprinting orders, your product will be shipped within 5 business days of the final artwork being approved.

All Zetta Florence and associated agency products are made from the very best quality materials. Nothing leaves our warehouse or workshop without undergoing careful inspection. This means we are confident that your purchase will be free of faults. In the unlikely event that you do receive a faulty product, we’ll do everything we can to fix the situation immediately and ship you a replacement, a different product or a refund.
Returns
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Zetta Florence purchase. Therefore, if you are unhappy for whatever reason with your product purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund or an exchange.
To do this, please follow these steps:
1) Contact us on 1300 555 124 for a Return Authorisation number.
2) Ship the goods back to us using the box they were delivered to you in and include the original packing slip. Mark the outside of the box clearly with the Return Authorisation number. Send it to this address:

We will notify you the day we receive your returned products to approve your refund or exchange details. Shipping costs will be refunded only for returns of damaged or defective stock.
